Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker with a background in the supply chain management and logistics industry for a full-time position in our Noida office. As an on-site team member, you will manage international freight forwarding operations, handle customer inquiries, facilitate shipment dispatch, and oversee account management activities. You will coordinate with clients and partners worldwide, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods through various channels of transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Dispatching
- Experience in Account Management and relationship building
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with international freight operations and regulations is an advantage
