You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Enter and update training data, attendance, and records in training databases or e-systems.
- Maintain logbooks, training files, and electronic records in compliance with GDP.
- Assist in preparation of training reports, dashboards, and MIS for reviews.
- Support the Training Coordinator / Department Training Coordinators (DTCs) in scheduling and tracking training sessions.
- Learn documentation control, data integrity practices, and archiving requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling plant training documentation. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
