Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-performing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) for our healthcare diagnostics business.
The ideal candidate will own campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and lead generation while improving conversion rates and revenue. Responsibilities include managing Meta Ads Manager, implementing tracking pixels and conversion APIs, analyzing campaign performance, collaborating with creative and sales teams, and optimizing the full funnel from lead acquisition to appointment booking and revenue generation.
Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or health-tech, with a strong track record of scaling campaigns and delivering measurable ROI.
Pay: ₹27,762.76 - ₹73,340.99 per month
