This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce. About the Position: Serves as a Power Plant Shift Operator and is the operator-in-charge during an assigned shift at a single operator multiple purpose power project. During other than day shifts and on weekends and holidays, performs as the senior employee at the project, and serves as the Operating Project Manager's representative.
