Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering integrated solutions in structural engineering, architecture, geotechnical engineering, infrastructure planning, water resources engineering, and MEP design.

We work on government infrastructure projects, urban development projects, and large building projects across Kerala and other states. Our team is involved in structural design, DPR preparation, infrastructure planning, and project management consultancy.

We are looking for motivated Structural Engineering Trainees who are passionate about structural analysis and design and want to build a strong career in engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior structural engineers in structural analysis and design of buildings and infrastructure projects
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and design reports
• Work with design software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, or similar tools
• Assist in preparation of BOQs, DPRs, and technical reports
• Support the team in design checks as per IS Codes (IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893, etc.)
• Prepare AutoCAD structural drawings and reinforcement detailing
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and technical discussions when required
• Maintain proper documentation and project records

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
• M.Tech in Structural Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers with strong academic background are encouraged to apply

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of structural analysis and RCC design
• Knowledge of IS Codes related to structural design
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Exposure to ETABS / STAAD / SAFE is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a professional consultancy environment
