Role Overview:

The Public Reaction Communication Specialist will be responsible for shaping and managing Urban Gabru's public image and brand reputation. This role involves monitoring public sentiment, crafting strategic communication responses, and proactively engaging with media and influencers. The specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and address any public concerns effectively. The ultimate goal is to enhance brand perception, build trust with consumers, and drive positive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor online and offline media channels to identify public sentiment, emerging trends, and potential reputational risks for Urban Gabru.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to address public concerns, manage crises, and promote positive brand narratives.
• Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively convey Urban Gabru's key messages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify brand visibility and credibility.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to understand consumer perceptions and inform communication strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and touchpoints.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives to optimize future strategies.
