TechRescue is seeking a skilled Senior Remote Support Specialist for our Tier 3 team. We need someone highly proficient in Windows, Mac, Apple iOS, and Android who can provide reliable on-call support who solve problems quickly and patiently.
This role requires strong technical ability, but just as important is a calm, friendly communication style. Our customers include seniors, families, caregivers, and business partners, so patience and customer engagement is our priority.
