Salesforce Developer & Administrator

(Full-time | In-house)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce professional who can take complete ownership

of our Salesforce ecosystem. The role requires a mix of hands-on development +

administration + platform optimization.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to build

automation, integrations, and reporting that improve efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning

Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

• Build and maintain reusable components, triggers, classes, and scalable architecture.
• Support legacy development when required (Visualforce).

Salesforce Administration & Optimization

• Configure and optimize Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, approval

processes, page layouts, record types, and other declarative tools.

• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality, governance, and automation stability.

Integrations & System Ownership

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, third-party apps,

and middleware tools.

• Own Salesforce platform performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Salesforce customizations,

automations, and integrations.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and internal teams to translate

requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for internal reference.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration (2+

can be considered for strong profiles).

• Strong knowledge of:

o Apex

o Lightning Web Components (LWC)

o Salesforce Flows & declarative automation

o Salesforce configuration tools

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce:

o Data model

o Security model

o Sharing settings

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or relevant experience.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud processes: Leads → Opportunities → Pipeline

→ Reporting.

• Experience with Service Cloud / Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications:

o Salesforce Administrator

o Platform App Builder

o Platform Developer I
