Role and Responsibilities of Dispatch Supervisor:

You will assist in planning and monitoring daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery performance, safety compliance, and cost efficiency. You will coordinate with drivers, yard operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of dispatch plans and transportation activities.

• Assist in planning and reviewing small package dispatch operations
• Monitor load and tractor assignments to ensure efficient transportation flow
• Track load movement and equipment condition across dispatch operations
• Review dispatch reports and schedules to improve service performance
• Ensure compliance with driver hours, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct hazardous materials audits and safety report reviews
• Coordinate yard operations, including trailer positioning and load management
• Support workforce planning, training needs, and employee development activities
• Evaluate performance issues and support corrective actions when required

Required Skills and Experience of Dispatch Supervisor:

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Authorization to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits of Dispatch Supervisor:

• Base pay: $26.25/hr – $42.65/hr
