These purpose-driven UPS warehouse jobs are designed for individuals who are passionate about protecting their coworkers and want to build logistics careers in operations compliance and risk management. Our package center safety teams are among the most respected roles in the entire UPS network for one simple reason — everyone goes home safe on their watch.
What Our Team Says (Employee Reviews)
"Being a Safety Coordinator at UPS means people actually listen to you. When I walk the floor and correct an unsafe behavior, associates respect the feedback because they know it comes from a place of genuine care. UPS invested heavily in my OSHA and safety training certifications, and the role has opened doors into risk management that I never expected from a warehouse job. This is a career, not just a shift." - Current Warehouse Safety Coordinator, San Antonio, TX.

- Injury Response Management: Respond immediately to all reported injuries or near-miss incidents, administering first-aid where certified, completing UPS injury documentation within required timeframes, and conducting root-cause analysis interviews with the injured associate and witnesses.
- Safety Training Facilitation: Lead mandatory pre-shift safety stretching and awareness meetings, facilitate monthly OSHA-required training topics, and coordinate quarterly safety committee meetings with hourly associate representatives and operations management.
