About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Manager to be part of the central operations

team, responsible for managing and standardizing operations across the organization. This role will

oversee vendor management, payroll, and reimbursements while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and

compliance across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage centralized vendor management, including onboarding, payment processing, and reconciliations across departments.
• Oversee end-to-end employee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely

disbursement.

• Handle employee reimbursements and ensure adherence to company policies
• Drive standardization and optimization of vendor onboarding and processes across vendors
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Perform regular reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
• Support audits and provide necessary financial data and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in Vendor Management
• Proficiency in Excel and Google workspace
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a centralized setup
