Winmore is Looking for:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development. The ideal candidate should excel at building scalable APIs, designing robust databases, and architecting server-side logic, while being comfortable with front-end development using React.js.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development

• Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, or equivalent frameworks.
• Design and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for scalability and performance.
• Design relational and NoSQL database schemas ensuring high availability and efficient queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Work with event-driven architectures using messaging systems such as SQS, SNS, Kafka or Google Pub/Sub Front-End Contribution
• Contribute to front-end features using React.js and ensure smooth integration with backend services.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure efficient API consumption and UI integration.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy backend services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools to support reliable deployments and system observability.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• Backend Expertise: Node.js, Express.js, API design (REST/GraphQL), microservices.
• Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB), caching (Redis).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with query optimization and efficient database design.
• Event-Driven Systems: SQS, SNS, Kafka (preferred).
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions), CI/CD pipelines.
• Front-End Proficiency: React.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Programming: Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript; Python experience is a plus.
• Security: JWT/OAuth2, IAM, best practices for securing APIs and data.
• Testing & Monitoring: Mocha/Jest, Postman, Datadog/ELK/CloudWatch.

• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Ability to work on complex, high-performance distributed systems.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of software design patterns.
• Exposure to Graph Databases (Neo4j), Redshift, or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
