Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Content Manager – Data / AI / ML to support the design, development, and execution of online programs in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. This role focuses on curriculum development, instructional quality, and academic coordination, working closely with faculty, SMEs, and internal stakeholders.
Job Description
Program & Curriculum Development
- Support end-to-end content development for online programs across domains such as:
- Data Science & Analytics
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI
- Data Engineering & MLOps (introductory to intermediate level)
- Assist in translating industry and learner requirements into structured, outcome-driven curricula.
- Create and review session plans, assignments, case studies, and hands-on projects aligned to job roles.
Instructional Design & Content Quality
- Ensure conceptual accuracy and learner clarity across videos, live sessions, readings, notebooks, and assessments.
- Review content for pedagogy, sequencing, and technical correctness.
- Support the design of learner assessments and engagement mechanisms in collaboration with Program Managers.
Faculty & SME Coordination
- Work closely with academic faculty and industry SMEs to:
- Share content briefs and learning objectives
- Track deliverables and timelines
- Review session outlines, scripts, and recordings
- Act as the primary content point of contact for assigned courses or modules.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Program Managers, Delivery, Video Production, and Tech teams to:
- Ensure smooth content production and releases
- Support learner queries, academic tickets, and course updates
- Enable timely program launches and revisions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve content gaps and quality issues.
Process & Execution Support
- Follow defined content development and quality-review processes.
- Maintain documentation for curricula, learning outcomes, and content changes.
- Support audits, refresh cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Required
Must-Have
- Strong foundational understanding of Data Science / ML concepts (Python, statistics, ML basics).
- Ability to understand and review technical content even if not coding-heavy.
- Experience working on educational content, curriculum development, or learning programs (EdTech / L&D; / Higher Ed).
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables
Good-to-Have
- Hands-on exposure to Python, SQL, ML libraries, or notebooks (basic to intermediate).
- Familiarity with online/blended learning formats.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools, cloud platforms, or GenAI concepts.
- Comfort working with faculty, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
