Job Description – Content Operations Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Operations Associate to support daily content publishing, quality checks, and creator coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with CMS platforms, handling high-volume content operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth content delivery and publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Category Leads to conduct QC of video content and share feedback on every video delivery
- Coordinate with agencies and creators for timely delivery of videos, thumbnails, metadata, and related assets
- Perform basic Technical Quality Checks (Tech QC) using AI-powered tools
- Ingest and manage 20+ video assets daily on the CMS platform
- Publish, schedule, and update homepage content regularly through CMS
- Ensure content accuracy, formatting, and timely publishing
- Track delivery timelines and follow up with stakeholders when required
- Maintain proper documentation and content records
Requirements
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms and digital content workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with video/content operations processes
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital media platforms is a plus
