NAPS Trainee - Warehousing Operations- Redhills Chennai

Role Objective

To gain hands-on training and practical exposure in warehouse operations, learning industry practices in inventory management, logistics coordination, and safety compliance under the guidance of senior supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in inbound and outbound operations (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Support inventory management by helping with stock counts, documentation, and system updates.
• Learn and follow warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Work closely with supervisors to understand SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (depending on NAPS eligibility).
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Willingness to work in shifts and learn new processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
