Join a growing, industry-leading agricultural manufacturer as a Territory Manager covering Eastern Canada. In this high-impact, field-based sales role, you’ll build strong dealer partnerships, expand market share, and drive revenue growth across Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
This role is ideal for a bilingual (French/English) sales professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, enjoys travel, and has a passion for agriculture, equipment, or dealer network development.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share across your territory
- Travel 5 days per week to support dealers, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities
- Strengthen and expand the dealer network, including onboarding new customers
- Lead and support dealer training programs to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Partner with dealers to optimize inventory levels and product merchandising
- Conduct and report accurate dealer inventory counts
- Manage accounts receivable and payment plans in alignment with company programs
- Serve as the primary contact for post-sale support, including warranty coordination
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Shipping, and Product Support teams
- Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and open houses
- Deliver timely, value-driven communication to both internal teams and external partners
What You Bring
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field + 5–10 years experience, OR
- Associate’s degree
- + 7–10 years relevant experience
- Proven success in territory sales, dealer development, or agricultural equipment sales
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and act independently
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
