Working Model: On-site

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Budget: 10 to 15 LPA (based on experience and fit)

Experience: 8+ years (preferred in Estate Management, Facility Management, Hospitality, Luxury Residential, or Property Operations)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the property and ensure smooth operations across all areas. The role requires a strong operator who can effectively manage stakeholders, vendors, and teams while maintaining service excellence. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, resolving concerns proactively, and driving execution with professionalism and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall administration and operational management of the property.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident queries, requests, and escalations.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Manage multiple third-party vendors and monitor service delivery standards.
  • Drive vendor accountability through regular coordination and follow-ups.
  • Oversee and coordinate a workforce of approximately 90–100 staff members.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Plan and execute board meetings, including agenda preparation, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and estate policies.
  • Uphold a high standard of service and community management.

Who We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in Estate Management, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Property Operations.
  • Prior experience managing premium residential communities, luxury assets, or hospitality environments is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing service partners.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • A composed, approachable, and service-oriented professional with strong ownership.
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounts is an essential requirement for this role.
