Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Life Insurance Agent for a full-time hybrid role based in Reston, VA, with opportunities for remote work. This position involves engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, offering customized life insurance solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The Life Insurance Agent will work closely with the team to maintain strong client relationships, stay informed on industry trends, and ensure compliance with all regulations. This role combines customer service expertise with a proactive approach to building a portfolio of satisfied policyholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage with familiarity with selling and managing life insurance policies.
- Background in Finance and related principles to understand market trends and deliver effective financial solutions.
- Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- State-specific life insurance license is required.
- Proven sales track record and ability to work independently in a hybrid work setting.
