Assistant Professor, Thoracic Surgery

The Department of Surgery, Division of Thoracic Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is seeking an Assistant Professor to develop a community-based practice at the University of Maryland, Capital Region Medical Center. Compensation

• Expected Salary Range: $375,303 to $507,599
• The referenced salary range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank
• This salary range does not include all components of the Department of Surgery's faculty compensation program or pay from participation in the Department of Surgery's variable compensation program

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Thoracic Surgery
• Eligible for an unrestricted license in the State of Maryland
• Medical degree from a recognized, accredited domestic university (or foreign equivalent)
