We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locksmith Lead to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee locksmith operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure the highest standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of locksmith techniques, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent leadership skills to drive team performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of locksmith technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Manage daily locksmith operations, including installation, repair, and maintenance of locks and security systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex lock and security system issues promptly.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory management.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a locksmith with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various locking mechanisms, security systems, and related tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid locksmith license or certification preferred.

Work Experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Five years experience designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing locks and large-scale lock systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience as a locksmith with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
