Order picker / General labour

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to join our team. This role involves picking and packing orders accurately, handling materials, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details:

• Regular Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Opportunity for extended hours: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (based on performance and workload)
• Friday Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders (nuts and bolts) based on pick tickets
• Perform order picking using manual methods or equipment as required
• Handle, move, and organize materials within the warehouse
• Ensure all orders are prepared and packed correctly for shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (good spoken and written English is required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is an asset
• Valid G Driver’s License is an asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
