Overview

We are looking for an OT Security & Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operationalization of secure solutions within Process Control Network (PCN) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments. Must have prior experience overseeing & supporting complex customer engagements across This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with experience in Operational Technology (OT), industrial systems, or regulated infrastructure environments, combined with strong skills in systems, network, or security engineering (e.g., VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory). You will play a key role in delivering OT solutions from deployment through hypercare and transition to operations, ensuring compliance with OT cybersecurity, safety, and availability standards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Must have 2+yrs Experience in OT / PCN / ICS or industrial environments {Background in infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering}
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Knowledge of network segmentation, hardening, or OT security controls such as :
• SolarWinds (network monitoring) & Symantec / Trellix (endpoint security)
• Support network, server, and system integration across OT and enterprise environments
• Implement segmentation, hardening, and security controls in industrial environments
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation (as-built, work instructions)
• Produce audit and compliance documentation and security validation evidence
• Support transition-to-operations activities and knowledge transfer
• Provide hypercare and post-deployment stabilization support
• Must have previous experience supporting systems through deployment and operations lifecycle
