Job Description
As the Founder's Office Lead at Unity Growth Fund, a U.S.-based VC-PE firm focusing on private investments in the technology sector, your role will involve supporting the Founder in research, coordination, and strategic execution. Your responsibilities will include managing key projects, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and liaising with stakeholders to drive the Founders strategic and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and set up meetings with potential investors, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring alignment with the Founder's schedule and strategic objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
- Assist in preparing presentations and financial models to support the Founder in pitches, negotiations, and internal meetings.
- Manage correspondence and strategic follow-ups with key contacts.
- Attend meetings with the Founder, take notes, and provide summaries for clear action items and follow-ups.
- Support the Founder in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic planning and decision support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong research, report preparation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proven record of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- Previous experience in venture capital or private equity is highly preferred.
