Job Summary

United Polyfab Gujarat. Ltd., based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage our renewable energy assets. Our infrastructure includes rooftop solar plants across manufacturing units, one windmill, and two ground-mounted solar power plants. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation, monitoring performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the performance of all renewable energy installations, including rooftop solar systems, windmill, and ground-mounted solar plants.
• Track electricity generation across all plants and ensure optimal efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Liaise with internal management teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and issue resolution.
• Identify and address operational issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Prior experience in solar and/or wind energy operations and maintenance preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of solar and wind energy systems performance monitoring tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with energy generation data analysis.

Employment Type: Full-time

Note: Candidates with hands-on experience in renewable energy plant supervision will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
