Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Backend / Full-Stack Lead Engineers to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise Java development, strong expertise in Spring Boot, and hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering to support AI-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead technical design, architecture, and development efforts for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Implement and optimize AI-powered features using Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Review code, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and support production systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 11+ years of experience in enterprise-level Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern backend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and AI-powered applications.
- Experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must be located in or willing to work onsite from NYC, New Jersey, or Pittsburgh.
