Job Summary

We are looking for an entry-level

Manufacturing Engineer

to support day-to-day production operations in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing processes, along with troubleshooting and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Assist in process improvements to increase yield and reduce waste
• Maintain SOPs and batch records in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
• Support equipment qualification and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Investigate deviations and assist in RCA & CAPA activities
• Collaborate with QA, QC, R&D, and maintenance teams; support tech transfer

Required Skills

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and unit operations

Knowledge of GMP environments

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good documentation and communication abilities
