Role Overview
The Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet business requirements. They work closely with business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions, following industry best practices and coding standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & Design
- Understand functional and technical requirements provided by the business or client teams.
- Participate in technical design discussions and propose optimal solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and workflow designs.
- Development & Coding
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using the required programming languages and frameworks.
- Implement integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Follow secure coding practices and comply with organizational standards.
- Testing & Debugging
- Perform unit testing and fix defects before releasing to QA.
- Debug and resolve software issues identified during testing or in production.
- Collaborate with QA teams for integration and regression testing.
- Deployment & Release Management
- Participate in code reviews and peer testing before deployment.
- Support release management teams during production rollouts.
- Monitor and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.
- Maintenance & Support

Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries relevant to the project domain.

Education & Experience

1. Backend Developer
Role Summary:
Designs and develops robust server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions for enterprise-grade applications. Ensures high performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.
