As a Legal Executive at UniLiv, your role will involve managing end-to-end contracting and documentation for the managed accommodation/co-living portfolio, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing key agreements such as Residential/Resident Agreements and Landlord Agreements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, finalizing, and renewing Landlord Agreements and Residential/Resident Agreements
• Maintaining and improving contract templates to reduce disputes
• Coordinating closures with property owners, brokers, societies, and internal teams
• Conducting legal due diligence and documentation checks for property onboarding
• Coordinating execution formalities and ensuring proper documentation storage
• Drafting demand notices, breach notices, termination notices, and escalation letters
• Maintaining a clean contract repository and building trackers to ensure zero missed renewals/critical deadlines

Qualifications required for this role include:

Must-Have:

• LLB (mandatory)
• 45 years of relevant experience in real estate contracts/leasing/property documentation
• Strong hands-on experience in Lease/Leave & License/Rent Agreements, Residential/Resident/Occupancy Agreements, drafting legal notices, and negotiation support
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail and practical commercial sense

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in co-living, hospitality, PG/hostel, or multi-property portfolios
• Exposure to managing execution processes and coordination with local counsel
