Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce (SDFC), and CPQ. The ideal candidate will lead development initiatives, design scalable solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical designs.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (SDFC) development.
• Expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components).
• Proven experience working with Salesforce CPQ.
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security model.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist preferred).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
