Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and experience leading development teams. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows
• Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II or Architect certifications
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
