Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and experience leading development teams. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows
- Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II or Architect certifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Candidate must be willing to work from office in Chennai.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
