Private Equity Associate | Boca Raton, FL
We're currently partnering with a well established, growth focused private equity firm in Boca Raton that is looking to add an Associate to its investment team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an investment banking or private equity professional who wants to join a firm where Associates are genuinely involved in the investment process rather than operating solely as execution support. You'll work directly alongside experienced investors, gain exposure to every stage of the deal lifecycle, and have the opportunity to contribute to investment decisions from initial screening through execution and portfolio management.
The team invests across a range of industrial and business services sectors, providing Associates with exposure to diverse businesses and complex investment opportunities across the lower middle market.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Experience evaluating investments and performing financial and commercial due diligence.
- Experience across industrial and business services sectors.
