Salary:
Up to 11 LPA for Gurugram
Up to 10 LPA for Bengaluru
Job Description
We are hiring Business Development Associates and Senior BDAs for an EdTech sales role. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers and explain course offerings
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech or sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with target-based performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Details:
- Office Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM
- 5 Days Working (Week off on Monday and Tuesday)
- Interview Mode: Virtual
