International Trade and Logistics Coordinator

As an Export Executive at Umedra Exports Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end export operations for personal care products and OTC ointments. Your attention to detail and compliance with regulations will ensure smooth and timely shipments, while effectively coordinating with internal teams, banks, and global partners.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare, verify, and manage core export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, MSDS, and COA
• Ensure compliance with LC terms, contracts, DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI regulations
• Manage export incentive schemes such as RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, and Advance License
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters for seamless logistics
• Track shipments end-to-end, resolve delays, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
• Submit documents for LC negotiation, follow up on export payment realization, and maintain audit-ready records
• Update ERP systems, prepare MIS reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shipment schedules are met
• Lead and mentor a team of 25 individuals
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in export documentation and logistics, preferably in personal care, OTC, or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and export documentation software
• Excellent attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments concurrently
