Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations in a trading company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to final delivery
- Oversee inventory planning, tracking, and reconciliation
- Handle product mapping and SKU management across systems
- Coordinate dispatch planning, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking
- Manage logistics operations, including vendor coordination and cost optimization
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation (invoices, shipping documents, compliance records)
- Ensure proper filing of documentation and be of assistance to the management
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain/logistics operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, ERP tools and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills for vendor and internal coordination
