Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations in a trading company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to final delivery
• Oversee inventory planning, tracking, and reconciliation
• Handle product mapping and SKU management across systems
• Coordinate dispatch planning, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking
• Manage logistics operations, including vendor coordination and cost optimization
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation (invoices, shipping documents, compliance records)
• Ensure proper filing of documentation and be of assistance to the management

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain/logistics operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, ERP tools and MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication skills for vendor and internal coordination
