Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist (Advanced SEO, AEO & Performance Marketing)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond basic SEO execution and build deep, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable growth.

As a startup web agency, we need a professional who can take ownership of SEO projects, plan long-term strategies, and consistently deliver strong ranking, traffic, and lead generation results. The candidate should also be familiar with modern search trends, including Generative Search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO)
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
• Create and implement content strategies aligned with search intent and business goals
• Optimize websites for performance, crawlability, indexing, and user experience
• Work on advanced SEO practices including Generative Search, AEO, and semantic SEO
• Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize campaigns for higher ROI
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams for seamless execution
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry changes

Additional Responsibilities (Preferred / Priority Skills):

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and performance marketing
• Handle Amazon Marketplace operations including product listings, keyword optimization, and promotions
• Align paid campaigns with organic SEO strategies for maximum impact

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior SEO Specialist or similar role
• Strong track record of achieving SEO growth (rankings, traffic, leads)
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Knowledge of advanced search trends including AI-driven search, Generative SEO, and AEO
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create and execute long-term SEO strategies independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience: 3+ Years (Senior-level expertise preferred)
