Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Marketing Specialist role based in Tardeo, Mumbai. The International Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to expand UCRS’s presence in global markets, focusing on cleanroom solutions across key industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying and qualifying international prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion. The role involves preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to international audiences, as well as coordinating participation in trade shows, industry events, and digital campaigns. The specialist will also analyze market and sales data, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to management to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong international marketing and international sales skills, with experience of developing and executing go-to-market plans in global B2B environments.
• Proficiency in market research and analytical skills to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage pipelines, and support contract negotiations in international markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom-related sectors is highly desirable.
• Comfort with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work on-site in Tardeo, travel as needed for client meetings or events, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
