Role Summary: Designation: Associate Manager – Social Media Job Location: Gurugram Experience: 3–5 years of agency experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing. About the Role Dentsu is looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Manager – Social Media to lead and execute impactful social media strategies for brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content strategy, community management, and campaign performance analytics. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives and define relevant KPIs. Manage and update content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. Monitor and engage with online communities, followers, and customers, while resolving queries in a timely manner. Utilize social media management and listening tools to track performance and optimize campaigns. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities. Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and web traffic metrics to provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with content, creative, and design teams to optimize content performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and external stakeholders. Work closely with clients and senior management to present ideas, campaign updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of social media initiatives in a fast-paced agency environment. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a digital or advertising agency. Prior experience handling healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, hospitals, wellness brands, consulting firms, finance, or technology brands will be preferred. Strong strategic thinking, content development, and copywriting skills. Good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, audience behaviour, and performance metrics. Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks. Excellent communication, client servicing, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Comfortable working from the client’s office at least twice a week.
