Job Duties and Responsibilities of Beauty Stylist:

• Administer a selection of hair and beauty services, comprising haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed targets in both service and sales through exemplary customer service and personalized product suggestions.
• Illustrate your comprehension of business dynamics by supporting promotional and marketing campaigns in the salon.
• Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, services, and products to elevate the quality of guest consultations.
• Enhance guest experience by delivering personalized consultations and professional tips.
• Team up with other beauty professionals to create a seamless and integrated guest experience across all services.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, sanitation practices, and internal company policies, including those dictated by the state board.
• Maintain the cleanliness and preparedness of the salon and designated zones.
• Implement reservation tools to stimulate multiple visits and engagement in store events.

Qualifications and Experience of Beauty Stylist:

• The job requires applicants to possess a valid cosmetology license.
• Ideal candidate will have previous exposure to salon environments.
• Proficiency in haircutting, hair coloring techniques, styling, treatments, makeup services, and related procedures.
• Awareness of the specialized gear, instruments, and ingredients utilized in the field.
• Strong aptitude for building enduring relationships with guests through effective communication.
• Competence in both self-directed work and cooperative engagement within a team context.
• Versatility in accommodating varying schedules, which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Salary:
