Influencer & Community Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and relationship-driven Influencer & Community Coordinator to support the growth of UKLASH and sister brand, groa beauty. This role is focused on building meaningful creator relationships, scaling our ambassador and seeding programs, and supporting UGC initiatives that fuel brand awareness and performance.

You'll work closely with our UGC & Community Manager and Influencer Marketing Team to help grow thriving creator communities, identify exciting seeding opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to our community strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves social media, understands the creator economy, and wants to make a tangible impact within a fast-growing beauty business.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, ambitious team focused on scaling UKLASH into a leading global beauty brand.

Part-time: Approximately 15 hours per week + must live in North America (Either USA or Canada)

Key Responsibilities

Ambassador Program

• Help scale and manage the ambassador programs for both UKLASH and groa.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality creators who align with each brand's values and audience.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with ambassadors, creating an engaged and active creator community.
• Support the development and execution of monthly ambassador campaigns and activations.
• Contribute ideas for ambassador growth strategies, engagement initiatives, and community-building opportunities.
• Play a key role in growing groa's ambassador program from the ground up, helping shape its future direction and success.

Influencer Seeding & Relationship Management

• Scale influencer seeding programs across the UK and US markets for both brands.
• Research, source, and outreach to creators across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and related categories.
• Build genuine relationships through gifting, product seeding, and restock opportunities.
• Maintain and manage influencer databases, outreach pipelines, and seeding trackers.
• Stay up to date with emerging creators and industry trends, identifying new seeding opportunities.
• Source creators who resonate with our diverse audiences, including Gen Z through Gen X consumers navigating life stages such as postpartum recovery, menopause, hair loss, and beauty confidence journeys.

UGC Support

• Support the UGC & Community Manager in sourcing creators for monthly UGC campaigns.
• Assist with creator briefing, content planning, and campaign coordination.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts for UGC content across both UKLASH and groa Beauty.
• Help scale our UGC creator network and maintain strong creator relationships.

Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, community management, social media, PR, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the influencer and creator landscape, particularly within the US market.
• Experience growing and managing ambassador, affiliate, or influencer programs at scale, with a strong understanding of high-volume creator outreach, relationship nurturing and community engagement.
• Comfortable executing high-volume creator outreach while maintaining personalized communication and building authentic relationships at scale.
• Knowledge of the UK influencer market is a bonus, but not essential.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience using influencer platforms or creator management tools.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms.
• Creative thinker with a genuine interest in community-building and creator-led marketing.
• Bonus: Experience supporting influencer events, brand activations, creator gatherings, or community-focused experiences, etc.
