  • Address and resolve escalated customer concerns to maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and store visibility.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with at least 8+ years of retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in analyzing KPIs and implementing performance improvement strategies.
