Assistant Manager Stores

· Inventory Management –

· Ensure efficient warehouse operations with proper organization and identification.

· Carry out the receiving, issuance and storage of raw materials, consumables, semi-finished products and finished products.

· Ensuring all material (raw material, sub-contracting material, packaging material) available as per schedule at all times. Maintaining the minimum stocks.

· Verification of received Quantity and ensuring QC. Proper tagging and storage of all material.

· Annexure preparation, follow-up on deliveries, and managing both incoming and outgoing material of sales, purchases and subcontracting.

· All related documentation to be meticulously maintained for efficient record-keeping and future reference.

· Logistics and Distribution:

· Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound and outbound shipments

· Oversee the loading and unloading of materials and products, adhering to safety protocols.

· Compliance and Safety

· Compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements.

· Implement safety protocols and best practices to prevent accidents and minimize workplace hazards.

· Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of stores equipment.

· Proper reconciliation of all material:-

1. which is used on shopfloor on daily basis

2. outsourced material received from subcontracting vendors.

3. Rejected material

· Disposal of reject/scrap material after confirmation from QC & management.

· Documentation and Reporting

· Filing / Forwarding the bills to concerned departments

· Responsible for maintaining the accurate and timeliness of all data, in both electronic and physical formats

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
