Role Overview
We are looking for an Artist Manager (for Ishita Parakh, an entrepreneur and a singer-songwriter with nine releases and has partnered with Universal Music India) who deeply understands the journey of a musician - from the creative process behind songs to building a strong public presence. This role blends creativity, strategy, and execution, requiring someone who can work closely with the artist and adapt to her workflow to amplify her voice, and create meaningful opportunities for growth.
The monthly pay will be Rs 4,500- Rs 5,000, with a time commitment of 2.5 to 3 hours 4 to 5 days a week. This will be a hybrid position, and the candidate must be based in Jaipur.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the artist to understand her creative vision, sound, and personal brand
- Plan and execute content ideas and strategies for Instagram and YouTube (with occasional Facebook support)
- Ensure consistent posting through regular follow-ups
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and optimize reach and engagement
- Identify and manage/coordinate opportunities such as live performances, collaborations, applications, and song submissions
- Maintain organized records of content, opportunities, and progress
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of music creation, including songwriting, production, and submission processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong sense of social media and branding, especially Instagram and YouTube trends and formats
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, and basic analytics platforms
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving, proactive mindset

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
