Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BBA Teacher at Uday Pratap College, located in Varanasi Tehsil. The role involves teaching undergraduate Business Administration courses, preparing lesson plans, evaluating and grading student performance, and maintaining academic records. The BBA Teacher is also expected to provide mentorship to students, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to curriculum development and academic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching core Business Administration subjects such as Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and academic mentoring.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills suitable for engaging and instructing students effectively.
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching strategies.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is required; Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in the field is a plus.
