Job Description

The Field Service Technician is responsible for executing on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of energy-related systems and equipment. The role ensures uninterrupted service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and customer satisfaction through timely and efficient field operations.

• Location: Ahemadnagar,Latur,Jalgaon,Aurangabad,Maharashtra
• Extensive Travel Required: Yes (for site inspection, installation, and servicing as per equirements)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹13,000 + 2.5/Km
• All official travel expenses covered by company

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and servicing of solar power systems and solar pumps
• Site visits for inspection, installation, and maintenance
• Field service and on-site technical support
• Basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance work
• Preventive maintenance of installed systems
• Coordination with internal service and operations teams
• Submission of daily/weekly service and work reports

Eligibility & Skills

• 12th / ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
• Willingness to travel for field work
• Basic technical knowledge and hands-on attitude
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
