Your role

Are you a qualified lawyer with an interest in cross-border financial services? Join our APAC Global Wealth Management (GWM) Legal team and support a broad range of legal advisory, litigation support, and cross-divisional work across Hong Kong and Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with Legal colleagues and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, supporting the GWM business as well as other business initiatives in APAC. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering commercially pragmatic and risk-based legal support.

Your team

You will be part of the APAC Group Legal team supporting the Hong Kong and Singapore GWM business at UBS. The team provides legal advisory across a wide range of wealth management business activities, working closely with Business stakeholders. This role will also support broader Legal Execution Service initiatives in Hong Kong and Singapore, contributing to the delivery of efficient and scalable legal support across APAC.

Your expertise

• Qualified lawyer (mandatory)
• 4–10 years of post-qualification experience (preferred)
• Experience in banking and financial services (preferred)
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across different jurisdictions
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and organizational skills
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across functions and geographies
