Senior Lead Developer – Java Full Stack | Investment Banking
Location: Pune
Experience: 15+ Years
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Senior Lead Developer with a strong background in Java Full Stack Development and Investment Banking/Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while mentoring development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java Full Stack applications.
- Build scalable microservices using Java (JDK 17+/21), Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and implement secure coding best practices.
- Work with Oracle/MS SQL databases and optimize SQL queries.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Maven/Gradle.
- Develop unit and integration test cases and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and drive engineering best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Stream API.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and ReactJS.
- Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Good knowledge of Oracle/MS SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, and Maven/Gradle.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, system design, and secure coding practices.
