About the Role

We are building scalable data and labeling solutions that power next-generation AI and Generative AI systems across diverse industries. As a Data Analyst, you will drive visibility into complex data workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact client outcomes and program success. Your work will play a critical role in shaping how data is processed, measured, and optimized at scale.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for real-time monitoring of key metrics
• Work closely with Program, Product, and Operations teams to understand data needs and improve workflows
• Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements
• Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical solutions
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including client-facing scenarios
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality, efficiency, and overall program performance

---- Basic Qualifications ----

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence or related fields
• Strong SQL and Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience working with large datasets to generate insights and support decision-making
• Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio)
• Ability to independently structure problems, investigate data, and deliver actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership, delivery-driven environments

---- Preferred Qualifications ----

• Familiarity with statistical analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Experience working in client-facing or service-oriented environments with strong ownership of deliverables
• Exposure to large-scale data workflows such as operations analytics, data labeling, or process optimization
• Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI use cases
• Experience with Google ecosystem tools (Sheets, Apps Script, Looker Studio, Colab)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) and data pipeline workflows
