Help grow one of the world's most effortlessly cool haircare brands in Canada
TYPEBEA: co-founded by Anna Lahey and Rita Ora is reshaping the hair growth, bond building and scalp care space with modern, science led formulas and a strong point of view on individuality. After rapid success across Australia, the UK and Europe, we’ve now our next chapter: our expansion into Canada with Sephora.

The Role
TYPEBEA is a fast-growing, hair growth brand, and Canada is one of our biggest opportunities. We're looking for a National Sales and Marketing Manager, someone to own that market end to end - leading the commercial relationship with Sephora alongside the local marketing and brand agenda, so sales and storytelling move as one.
This is a role for a builder. You'll be equal parts commercial operator and brand marketer: owning the numbers and the forecast, and shaping how TYPEBEA shows up in-store, online and in culture. You'll set and drive the execution of the local strategy, with real autonomy as part of a globally distributed team.
It suits someone commercially sharp and creatively confident, as interested in margin and sell-through as in how the brand looks and feels, and happy to step outside their remit when the business needs it
What You'll Do
Commercial Leadership
· Own and deliver TYPEBEA's Canadian sales and profit targets
· Build and lead joint business plans, trade plans and promotional strategies with Sephora
· Use data and category insights to spot trends, optimise performance and unlock growth
· Partner with global teams on forecasting, new product launches and commercial planning
· Balance ambition with pragmatism to ensure strong margins and healthy sell-through
Retail & Marketing Execution

· Conduct regular in-store retail visits, support sales and education sessions, and take a hands-on approach to driving commercial results.
· Partner with Sephora education teams to build strong brand knowledge and advocacy, assist with delivering the education materials.
· Bring global campaigns to life in a way that feels locally relevant and culturally aligned
· Create Canadian brand moments and activations that reflect TYPEBEA's modern aesthetic
· Think entrepreneurially: find smarter ways to improve ROI, embrace AI and challenge the status quo
· Be comfortable in front of and behind the camera for social and educational content
· Act as the point of contact for all local supply chain needs in partnership with 3PL
· Provide weekly reporting and proactively pivot plans based on real-time market insights
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
· Build genuine, trusted relationships with Sephora's buying, planning, education and marketing teams
· Represent the Canadian market internally, championing insights, opportunities and risks
· Collaborate with cross functional teams internally: Marketing, Digital, Supply and Finance
· Maintain strong reporting and CRM discipline
· Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different cultures, regions, and time zones as part of a global team.
· Confident managing relationships across a globally distributed team, working independently and maintaining momentum without day-to-day support. Able to communicate effectively across channels, align stakeholders across markets and functions, and operate successfully within a global business where shared ownership and self-sufficiency are essential.
Reporting & Insights
· Track weekly and monthly results, providing clear insights and recommendations
· Stay ahead of category movements, competitive shifts and Canadian beauty trends
· Influence global teams with strong local intelligence and point of view
Marketing
· Support with execution of the Canadian marketing plan and calendar, aligned to global brand strategy and local commercial priorities.
· Adapt and bring monthly campaigns and product launches to life for the Canadian market. Execute events and activations that deepen brand awareness and consumer engagement.
· Plan and execute Sephora's marketing and media levers (trade marketing)
· Support the localisation of assets and social content briefs for Canadian audiences and support managing local affiliate and creator partnerships in partnership with global social, comms and influencer teams.
· Support the relationship with ZAK, TYPEBEA Canada's comms agency, helping deliver local PR, earned media, talent and product send-outs that build awareness and credibility.
· Support brand partnerships and collaborations, executing and tracking results in market to ensure revenue growth and customer acquisition is at the heart of everything we do including coordination and day-to-day administration.
