Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the TYCHE INDUSTRIES LIMITED facility in Kakinada, covering Production Chemist, QC Analyst, and Fitter positions. Production Chemists will oversee chemical manufacturing processes, monitor batch operations, adhere to standard operating procedures, and ensure safe handling of materials and equipment. QC Analysts will perform routine laboratory testing, analyze samples, document results, and support quality assurance activities to ensure products meet required standards and specifications. Fitters will install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, perform routine inspections, and support preventive maintenance to keep production machinery operating effectively. All team members will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, follow safety and GMP guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the plant.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills for accurate testing, measurement, and data interpretation.
• Candidates should possess solid Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) skills to maintain product standards and regulatory compliance.
• Candidates should possess experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D) to support process optimization and product improvement.
• Relevant technical or science qualifications (such as a diploma or degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields) are beneficial.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices, equipment handling, and basic troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work in shifts, follow written instructions, maintain clear documentation, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams is preferred.
