Role Overview
We are hiring a Clinical Lead (BCBA / RBA) to provide in-centre clinical leadership, supervision, and program development.
This role is:
primarily in-centre (hands-on leadership)
with some flexibility for remote tasks (reports, planning)
and the opportunity to grow from part-time to full-time hours
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK)
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs
- Provide in-person supervision and coaching to therapists
- Lead clinical direction for assigned cases
- Support families and parent coaching
- Participate in team collaboration and case reviews
Requirements
- BCBA or RBA certification (or near completion)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Experience supervising ABA programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OAP Provider status (preferred)
Compensation & Structure
- $75/hour (billable)
- Flexible scheduling
- Start part-time → build to full-time caseload
- Contractor role (T4A)
